Project training - Introduction

Training on how to effectively manage projects using Microsoft® Project. This course introduces project management as a technique and Microsoft® Project as a tool to help project managers. The principles of project management are emphasised using practical exercises based around familiar scenarios. A course ideally suited to experienced or inexperienced project managers who are new to Microsoft® Project.

Course prerequisites. The course assumes the participant will have a basic understanding of personal computers and Microsoft ®  Windows. No previous knowledge of project management software or Microsoft ®  Project is required.
