Computer training our philosophy
Training is important, it provides more competent staff. Furthermore staff that receive training feel more valued.
That doesn't make it easy to implement. There is the cost of training, the inconvenience of employee absence, and difficulties finding the right training courses.
Our aim is to alleviate our clients difficulties not add to them. That is why we provide a range of training options including training out of normal working hours, courses that can be adopted to suit specific client needs and training that we believe offers the best value for money available anywhere.

Group Sizes
Our training is designed for small groups (typically 3-5 delegates). This means our courses are high in content and delegates receive a greater amount of individual attention, where required. Small group sizes have additional benefits, for example it enables us to pre-screen and group delegates of like capability. This enables the training to flow smoothly and all delegates feel they receive equal attention. That is why 60% of delegates attending our training courses consider our training to be better than any other computer training they have received elsewhere (data available upon request).
Contrast this with training performed to larger group sizes (typically 8-10 delegates). It only takes one delegate to find the course difficult and there will be losers; either: a) The tutor has to spend a disproportionate amount of time with the "struggler", this compromises course content and the others loose out. b) The tutor continues at the "normal" pace and the struggler fails to understand. Generally to accommodate large groups course content has to be compromised and clients receive poor value for money.

- aftercare support.
Our tutor lead courses are delivered using presentation slides combined with interesting exercises that bring out the important aspects of the application. We don't simply teach a range of features in isolation of how they are used in practice.
Quality and value for money
We take delegate feedback seriously , analysing all returned questionnaires for course improvement pointers. Recognising the delegates don't pay the bills, we are always willing to show our "paymaster" the results, we have nothing to hide!
From when we first started computer training we decided to offer the best quality training at an affordable price. We do not try to offer the cheapest training, but we do aim to offer the best value for money training available anywhere, and we are confident we achieve that.
